opportunityhub.eu is ESNA’s digital gateway connecting talent, founders and investors with opportunities across Europe. It provides country insights, practical guidance and access to programmes that support relocation, investment and company growth within the single market. The Opportunity Hub strengthens Europe’s visibility as a destination for innovation and entrepreneurship.
A digital “window-shop” for international tech talent, investors, and entrepreneurs who are looking to work, live, study, create a business, or invest in Europe. The main objective is to provide tailored guidance on existing opportunities and requirements across Member States in a clear, harmonised, and transparent way.
This project was initiated during the last French Presidency of the Council of the EU, which identified the shortage of tech talent in Europe as a critical issue. A working group composed of 16 Member States was established, and recommended that ESNA develop this solution.
The platform offers international talent personalized advice on existing tech schemes in Member States and on living in Europe, presented in a clear and organized manner.
opportunityhub.eu is a single platform that aggregates relevant information from all EU Member States, designed for different user types (entrepreneurs, tech talent, investors, researchers). It provides a persona-based checklist guiding users on what to do before arrival, upon arrival, and during their stay, helping them live, work, invest, and launch a business in Europe.
